Manufacturing: Hydraulic Cylinders

We design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders of any configuration and size according to your drawings, worn physical samples or technical specifications (TOR). Complete turnkey cycle: from mechanical engineering and 3D modeling to full-scale bench testing.

Our Core Specialization: Heavy Industrial Cylinders

Our enterprise engineers and fabricates hydraulic cylinders built to perform under severe mechanical loads, abrasive contamination and continuous cyclic duty. We deliver custom and standardized cylinders — operating at pressures up to 50 MPa (500 bar) and temperature extremes from -40 °C to +120 °C.

Cylinder Types Manufactured

Double-Acting Hydraulic Cylinders

Bidirectional piston rod movement powered by hydraulic pressure in both extension and retraction. The most widely utilized configuration.

Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders

Composed of multiple nested stages (sleeves). Delivers an extended stroke length while maintaining an exceptionally compact retracted (transport) length.

Plunger Cylinders (Single-Acting)

Extension is driven by hydraulic fluid pressure; retraction occurs via external mechanical load opposing cylinders or gravitational force.

Custom Mounting Configurations

Spherical rod eyes trunnions, flange mounts, clevis mounts and threaded rod ends — engineered exactly to client machinery interfaces.
